I have sessions with clients in person, on Zoom or by phone.Hello, my name’s Alex. I've trained with Relate, the relationship specialists, and see individuals and couples. I meet people about a wide range of issues – relationships, depression, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, life. In my experience, the moment you've got in touch, we’re halfway towards finding the solution: we have some understanding of what the issue is and we’re doing something about it.
