I am a counsellor or therapist working with adults of all ages 18+ and based in St Albans, Herts. I am a Qualified Member of the BACP and work to the BACP’s standards of Good Practice and abide by their Code of Ethics. I use the psychodynamic (LINK https://www.bacp.co.uk/about-therapy/types-of-therapy/psychodynamic-therapy/) and relational approaches to therapy. This simply means that we will work together to help you make links between your current emotional difficulties or thoughts and your past experiences and relationships.
