I especially enjoy working with ADHD Couples when one or both partners are wanting insight and coaching on best approaches.I specialize in ADHD, Burnout, Life Transitions, and Business Coaching.I offer therapy in English, French, and Spanish.I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are in-order to work together at a pace that feels helpful.Maintaining full confidentiality is paramount.
