À propos de moi

My aim is to provide a space that feels safe, non-judgemental and curious. I am a humanistic counsellor which means I approach counselling with these things in mind: I trust that each person has a sense of what is right for them, a sort of inner compass. It’s not uncommon for life to pile things on top of it though, so we lose access to it. Part of the work of counselling can be to find our way back to that compass.
