Hello, I'm Vanessa, a therapist and coach with over 2,000 hours of client experience. I offer counselling and coaching, or an innovative approach that uses both.This means that as well as helping with issues affecting you in the present, perhaps due to the past, I can also support you in making changes for the future. In other words, we work together to build strong foundations before moving forward. I keep up to date with psychology research to make sure I’m offering the best practice to my clients.
