About me

I aim to offer a space for you to reflect on and explore any worries, concerns or difficulties you might have, in a non-judgemental environment. I believe that there is no one size fit all approach to therapy. How we work will depend on you and what you bring. I work relationally, which means that I place our relationships, past and present, with ourselves, others and the world, at the centre of my practice.
