About me

I’m an integrative therapist, working online and in person in East London. Whatever brings you here, I understand that beginning therapy can be daunting and takes courage. My role is to work alongside you, creating a safe and open space where every part of you is welcome.How I work:I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than working from a single rigid model. My practice is informed by psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic principles, allowing me to adapt my way of working to your individual needs and experiences.
