I am an integrative and humanistic counselling psychotherapist working at HQ Therapy in Hackney and also in West London.I hold an MA and a advanced post graduate diploma (PGCIP) in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University, complimented with a BA in psychology. As an integrative therapist I draw on a range of theories from different schools of thought to best meet your individual needs and situation.
