About me

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck, University of London (Level 7) and my approach is informed by psychoanalytic thinking.I came to psychotherapy after spending 20 years working internationally in the performing arts — touring with orchestras and dance companies across the world. I loved that work for the people it brought me into contact with: stagehands, ambassadors, musicians, volunteers from every corner of the globe.
