Alvina Grosu is a chartered psychologist registered with the Psychological Society of Ireland and a registered clinical supervisor with the Supervisory Association of Ireland. She offers psychotherapy and counselling for adolescents, adults, and couples, drawing on an integrative model that combines existential and psychodynamic theories with cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and person-centred approaches. Alvina focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment to help clients gain self-acceptance, contentment, and control over their lives.
