I Principally use PCT but am open to other therapies when needed. This all depends on the client's needs. As of January 2021, I am now practising digitally. I can do Face to Face Therapy, Online Counselling, Telphone/Counselling, Zoom or WhatsApp - your choice!I work with a variety of issues, from Anxiety/Panic Attacks, OCD, Social Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship issues (individuals) Low Self Esteem, Stress, PTSD.
