About MeI am a BACP-registered counsellor, a BPS-accredited psychologist, and EuroPsy registered. I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Counselling Psychology, and a PhD in Psychology. My therapeutic training is primarily person-centred, and I also integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where appropriate. I tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client, drawing on methods and techniques that best support your personal goals and circumstances.I have extensive clinical experience supporting clients across a range of settings.
