I believe that we all have the inner resources to deal with our problems, but sometimes we lose connection with those resources. My role is to help you to rediscover that connection and find your answers within yourself. Life sometimes can be overwhelming, and you can find yourself lost and stuck in an uncomfortable loop. Together we can find a way to make life more manageable and understand the reasons behind these feelings.
