About me

I am an integrative trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist, registered Member of BACP. I have always been passionate and curious about diversity, cultures and languages. This made me move to different countries and experience the challenges of integration and finding a sense of belonging. My work with adults has been inspired by working with children and how difficult childhood experiences might continue to influence adult dynamics.I worked in a variety of contexts, had some career changes, and worked in recruitment, non-profit, private, and education settings.
