I am a specialist in Counselling, Psychosexual and Relationship therapy, also known as couples counselling and sex therapy.I offer EMDR therapy for individual.I love studying human behaviour. I learned about all of the different schools of thought on therapeutic techniques, I saw value in them all. I could see how the Humanistic approach would help some and CBT others.
