About me

I am a BACP and UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist based in West London. I have been working with troubled individuals for 14 years. Having first volunteered as a reflexologist working with PTSD combat veterans, I later trained as a psychotherapist. I have worked with individuals in the wider community at several low-cost counselling services, including a bereavement agency during the Covid-19 pandemic.
