In my therapeutic work, I do not only use my academic knowledge to help you, but I also draw from my own lived experience of abuse and post-traumatic growth.I strongly believe that everybody can heal and thrive with empathy and acceptance. My approach is infused with compassion and gentleness. I will work with you to create a safe therapeutic relationship. Together we will explore and process those emotions and experiences that trouble you today, so you can be happier.I provide therapy to adult individuals.
