I work in a way that’s grounded in our relationship. That means we move at your pace, and we build trust together as we go. My approach is humanistic, which simply means I see you as a whole person—not a set of problems to fix. I draw on tools like EMDR and CBT when they’re helpful, but the heart of the work is giving you space to explore your own thoughts and feelings with autonomy.
