Polscy Psycholog w Edynburgu

Ellesmere Port·EnglishPolski

Jestem polskim psychologiem, psychotraumatologiem i terapeutką traumy w Ellesmere Port, niedaleko Chester. Tworzę wspierającą przestrzeń do pracy nad trudnymi doświadczeniami, emocjami i odzyskiwaniem wewnętrznej równowagi. I am a Polish-speaking psychologist and trauma therapist based in Ellesmere Port, offering sessions in Polish and English. I work with clients in person in Ellesmere Port and online across the UK and Europe. I support adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, stress, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem, with a particular focus on trauma and intergenerational patterns. My integrative approach includes Subcellular Psychobiology (Peak States), regression work, EFT, Family Constellations and other trauma-focused therapeutic techniques, tailored to each person’s individual needs. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore the underlying causes of emotional difficulties and work towards greater inner stability, self-confidence and emotional wellbeing.
