I am an integrative counsellor and coach, offering a safe and supportive space to help you cope with whatever challenges you may be facing. I will listen to you with respect and genuine care, valuing you as you are. With a non-judgmental approach, I offer insight that may help you see things from a new perspective. — My approach is rooted in psychosynthesis, a modality that views the whole person - their past, present, and potential for the future. It helps integrate the different, and sometimes conflicting, parts of ourselves into a sense of wholeness.
