O mnie

I understand that the decision to enter counselling is not easy but sometimes we need to help ourselves, speak with someone and find a way to improve our quality of life. I believe that counselling is often the most effective way for you to solve problems or issues in your life. I am a fully qualified Person Centered Counsellor and I believe we are all human beings of equal value. We all deserve somebody who will hear us and understand what that means on our deepest level, and who will accept us without judgement.I offer a non-directive and non-judgmental atmosphere in my sessions.
