I am a psychodynamic counsellor and trainee psychosexual therapist working with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and work through challenges related to sexual health and intimacy. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, exploring how past experiences and relationships influence how you feel, relate, and respond today. I have completed a two-year diploma in Psychosexual Therapy and am in the final stages of graduating from this COSRT-accredited programme at Tavistock Relationships.
