About me

Kendra Penski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director at Freedom Within Center with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to adults. She specializes in treating PTSD, MST, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, with extensive experience working with military personnel, Veterans, and their partners. Kendra utilizes evidence-based therapies such as Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients move forward and find a sense of freedom.
