Therapy can offer a space to pause and make sense of experiences that may feel difficult to carry alone - not only what is happening in the present, but also what has been shaped over time, sometimes across generations. My work is particularly focused on experiences of loneliness, disconnection, and the emotional burdens people often hold within families, relationships, and cultural expectations.Working relationally and reflectively, I support clients in exploring patterns that may once have been protective but no longer feel sustainable.
