My purpose as a Psychotherapist is to bring self-awareness to the patient of their emotional issues, behaviours and their way of connecting with themselves and the world. My work consists of walking with the patient through the discoveries, experiences and emotions, from the present and past, in the here and now, aiming for self-awareness and searching for a healthier way of living.My goal is to give a non-judgmental, comprehensive and safe environment for my patients, building a trustful therapist-patient relationship.I believe that empathy is the most important key for a successful work…
