I know therapy can help because it helped me. The key, I believe, is to find the right therapist, at the right time. I offer an initial 20-minute online session to explore this possibility together.It might also be helpful to explain a little bit here how we work in our sessions. At the start, it is very much about listening to you and giving you the space to reflect on what has brought you to therapy.
