I work short and long term and we can have as little as 6 sessions preferentially weekly or for as long as it feels that the work is beneficial for you. I deliver sessions that last 50 minutes in person for children and adults in my practice in North Finchley and East Finchley. I can work with you online or over the phone or via messaging if I understand it to be beneficial for you and your needs which we can discuss on our first session. Remote sessions can work for those over 14 years old with parental/carer support.
