I am passionate about helping you ‎achieve your potential, promote emotional growth, develop self-awareness, ‎improve your relationships and your quality of life, and attain ‎wellbeing. I am a qualified and registered Integrative ‎Psychotherapist, have an MA from Regent’s University School of Psychotherapy ‎and Counselling Psychology, and a BACP member. Moreover, I have also ‎trained in couples’ counselling with the National Counselling Society. I have ‎considerable experience working in different settings, organisations and ‎charities, as well as in private practice.
