Welcome. I'm Rubia.I'm an integrative psychotherapist who specialises in working with neurodivergent and multicultural clients for the past 20 years in a variety of different settings. As a trauma-informed therapist my approach is holistic, creative and warm. I use my lived experience to connect, guide and support clients from all walks of life through periods of overwhelm.
