I am a qualified psychodynamic therapist with a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Relations and Counselling from Human Development Scotland (2020). I also hold a Post-graduate Certificate in Counselling Studies from The University of Edinburgh (2013) focussed on an integrative approach between psychodynamic and person-centred modalities and the Certificate in Couples Work with Physis Scotland (2024).My practice is influenced by a life-long interest in Jungian and Existential therapies, and by my considerable experience in energy therapy, all of which allow me to create a nurturing environment…
