Originally trained as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I take a relational approach to therapy. My special interests lie in relationships, attachment, and trauma, in particular complex trauma, resulting in Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I strongly believe that our primary relationships and early experiences shape our present and can negatively impact on our lives, affecting how we relate to others, how we deal with endings and loss, how we cope with difficulties and challenges in our lives, even if we do not realise it.
