I am a BACP registered Integrative therapist specialising in trauma, anxiety, depression and self- esteem issues. My practice is influenced by different therapeutic approaches such as person centred, psychodynamic theories and cognitive behavioural therapy. My approach will take account to your childhood, culture, gender, race, disability and sexuality. My focus in therapy is to provide you empathy, trust, and create a welcoming space where you can express yourself freely, without judgement.
