If you’re noticing patterns that keep repeating, emotions that feel hard to manage, or relationships that leave you feeling unsure or unseen, you’re not alone. Therapy can offer a space to pause and make sense of what’s really going on.Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed.” It does ask something of you. You’ll be invited to be both vulnerable and accountable, and at times the work may feel uncomfortable, but never unsafe or rushed.
