As a person- centred existential therapist I believe that we all have the potential for personal growth and self-awareness and we all have the answers within ourselves . Therefore you as a client will always be in charge as we explore the issues you bring. There are times when you may be going through painful and confusing events and experiences and I will offer you a warm and safe space where you can share your issues in total confidence. I work within the guidelines of the BACP rules and regulations.
