Hakkımda

I am a final year doctoral student training in counselling psychologist. I am also an addiction counsellor, offering both short- and long-term counselling and psychotherapy tailored to each client's unique needs. My approach integrates various therapeutic techniques to provide comprehensive support.In my practice, I have an Integrative approach utilising various approaches. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is on of them, to address current challenges and assist clients in identifying and modifying unhelpful thought patterns with more adaptive alternatives.
