I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based within the NHS working with long-term health conditions, alongside a private practice offering both in-person and online sessions. My approach is grounded in the principles of psychodynamic psychotherapy, which explores the influence of unconscious processes, early relational experiences, and the dynamics that emerge within the therapeutic relationship.I work with a wide range of emotional difficulties and mental health concerns, offering both open-ended and time-limited therapy on a weekly basis.
