I'm not a therapist who only listens and nods through the session. I'm warm, direct and active — and you will know that I am in the room with you. My goal is that you leave every session with something real, not just the vague feeling of being heard.I'm Mina — an integrative relational counsellor based in Harrogate, working online across the UK.You may be living with anxiety that won't quiet, a low mood that won't lift, or relationships that keep hitting the same wall. Perhaps a difficult childhood is still shaping how you see yourself and the world.
