I work psychodynamically and relationally, with an interest in how earlier relationships and experiences shape the way you feel, relate and navigate the present. My approach is steady, reflective and centred on the therapeutic relationship, which becomes a place to explore patterns, emotions and parts of yourself that may feel hidden or difficult to put into words.I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and with neurodivergent adults, including those navigating masking, burnout, identity questions and relational difficulties.
