Depth-oriented integrative therapist specialising in developmental/attachment trauma, intimacy and relationships, loss and grief, existential concerns, self-actualisation, and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.Using a psychodynamic, Jungian, and somatic lens, as well as experiential and creative techniques, I provide the relational space needed to weave fragmented states and insights into a coherent, lived experience, where change is not a strained goal to be achieved, but a natural development.
